What’s Included
We provide the essentials.
- Animal Care (core focus)
- Fresh food and water
- Clean-out or spot-clean of hutches, cages, or litter trays
- Health and wellbeing check (we’ll flag anything unusual)
- Gentle interaction and comfort time (for pets that enjoy it)
- Medication administration (if pre-agreed)
Home Care Tasks
- Plant watering (indoor and outdoor)
- Bin and recycling management, we’ll put them out and bring them in
- Blinds, lights, and curtain rotation, to make your home look lived-in
- Light security check, checking for open windows, leaks, post build-up, etc.
- Heating or cooling adjustments, for animal comfort and home temperature balance
- CCTV check-in (if installed), we can glance over your system and let you know if anything looks off
If there’s anything specific you need (like picking up post or giving updates to a neighbour), just let us know, we’re happy to help where we can.
Discretion & Security
We take your privacy and security seriously:
- No uniforms, branded cars, or anything that draws attention
- Keys are coded and stored securely
- We never disclose your absence to anyone
- Photos and updates are sent only if requested
