Small Animal Grooming
Some pets need a bit of extra help to stay comfortable, healthy, and clean — especially long-haired breeds, elderly animals, or those recovering from illness. At Redbeck, we offer gentle, welfare-focused grooming designed for small furries who don’t belong in a salon.
Our grooming services are calm, quiet, and one-to-one — no stress, no rush, and no clippers unless medically required.

What’s Included
We focus on your pet’s welfare first and appearance second. Every grooming session is tailored to the animal’s needs, not a cosmetic checklist.
Grooming Services
- Brushing — to remove loose hair, prevent matting, and check skin condition
- Nail trimming — using small, appropriate tools
- Scent gland cleaning (if required — especially in male rabbits)
- Eye & ear wipe-down — checking for discharge or irritation
- Hygiene trim — trimming matted or soiled fur around rear, if needed
- Mat removal — using blunt-tip scissors (never rushed, never forced)
- Condition check — we’ll gently check weight, hydration, and coat health
- Comfort time — soft towel holds and soothing voice throughout
Stress-Free Grooming
- One pet at a time — no queues, no noisy dryers, no barking dogs
- We work at their pace — breaks as needed
- You’re welcome to stay for the session if that calms your pet
- We never use sedation, clippers, or restraints unless clinically necessary
Safety & Hygiene
We take your privacy and security seriously:
- No uniforms, branded cars, or anything that draws attention
- Keys are coded and stored securely
- We never disclose your absence to anyone
- Photos and updates are sent only if requested
Final Note
Grooming shouldn’t be a fight.
At Redbeck, it’s a gentle, welfare-first experience — not just a tidy-up.
